Course Objectives

By the end of this six week course, participants will do the following:

  • Enhance proficiency in writing daily notes: Participants will acquire practical skills and techniques for effectively documenting daily therapy sessions. They will learn to capture relevant information, track progress, and communicate the therapeutic interventions provided, enabling them to create concise, informative, and meaningful daily notes.

  • Gain comprehensive knowledge of Medical Necessity, Family Centered Care, and CPT/ICD Codes: Participants will deepen their understanding of the importance of medical necessity in pediatric therapy and its impact on reimbursement.
